Dani is a Sports Performance Coach and the owner of Threshold Performance, where she blends science, precision, and a healthy dose of goofiness to help athletes break through their limits. A proud science lover with a BS in Chemistry and an MS in Applied Exercise Science-Sports Performance, Dani has always approached human movement like a puzzle: one built from physics, biomechanics, and a little bit of chaos.
Before coaching full-time, Dani served as an Army Infantry Officer. That experience forged her coaching style: purposeful, disciplined, and relentlessly committed to building durable, high-performing athletes. She’s tough when she needs to be, but anyone who trains with her quickly learns she’s also warm, witty, and secretly delighted to rant about why force vectors matter.
Dani has coached athletes from middle school to NCAA, semi-pro competitors, HYROX athletes, OCS and Selection candidates, SOF, and Olympic prospects.
Her training roster spans football, track and field (sprinters and jumpers), bobsled, figure skating, basketball, baseball, and tactical populations—as well as everyday athletes who want to move, feel, and perform better.
At Threshold Performance, she specializes in developing the core pillars of athleticism: horizontal and vertical force production, acceleration and max velocity mechanics, and elite change of direction. Whether sport-specific or non-sport-specific, her programs are built on the belief that movement efficiency is the foundation of superior performance. Every rep has a purpose; every session is a deliberate step toward breaking a threshold.
Above all, Dani loves what she does. She loves the science, the grind, the breakthroughs, and the moment an athlete realizes they’re capable of more than they thought. Her mission is simple: build faster, stronger, more resilient athletes—tactical, competitive, or everyday—through a fusion of science, precision, and unapologetic passion.
