FAQ — Online Performance Coaching

How does online coaching actually work?

After your initial performance assessment, Dani builds a fully customized training program tailored to your sport, goals, equipment, and schedule. You complete your training independently while receiving weekly video analysis, ongoing communication, and program adjustments as needed.

Do I need access to a gym?

No. Programs are built around whatever equipment you have available—whether that's a full gym, minimalist setup, or field/track access. Dani adjusts the plan to fit your reality, not the other way around.

Is this for beginners or only advanced athletes?

Both. Threshold Performance coaches middle school athletes through NCAA competitors, tactical professionals, semi-pro athletes, Olympic athletes, pro athletes, and everyday movers. The only requirement is consistency and willingness to train with purpose.

What sports or goals is this program best for?

This coaching is ideal for improving speed, power, strength, durability, change of direction, and movement efficiency. Common athletes include football, track sprinters/jumpers, basketball, baseball, HYROX, tactical candidates, and anyone chasing higher performance.

How often will I train?

Training frequency depends on your goals, sport demands, and schedule—typically 3–5 days per week. Your coach will prescribe the exact volume needed to maximize progress without burning you out.

What kind of feedback will I receive?

Expect weekly video analysis of key lifts and movement patterns, plus adjustments to technique, load, intensity, and programming. Your coach stays actively involved in your development, not “set it and forget it.”

How long is the program?

Training cycles are typically monthly or multi-phase blocks, but many athletes train with Coach Dani year-round to build long-term performance capacity.

Is online coaching as effective as in-person training?

When the athlete is consistent and communicates, absolutely. You receive individualized programming, precise technical feedback, and continuous coaching support—giving you structure and accountability anywhere you train.

“Is there a minimum commitment?”

Yes. All online coaching requires a 3-month minimum commitment. Performance development takes time, and three months allows for proper assessment, progression, adaptation, and measurable improvement.
