14-Week Sports Performance

The ultimate foundation builder. This package includes the 12-week Elite cycle plus an essential 2-week General Physical Preparation (GPP) phase upfront. The GPP phase is dedicated to restoring movement quality, correcting muscle imbalances, and developing the broad fitness base (strength, stability, and mobility) required to safely and effectively handle the high-intensity demands of the 12-week cycle. This is the ideal choice for athletes returning from a long season or those seeking to bulletproof their body against injury for their off-season or combine preparation.

What It Includes: Individualized Macro Setup & Adjustments, Nutrient Timing Strategy tailored to the athlete’s daily schedule, Food List and meal plan recommendations, and Bi-Weekly feedback, and in-body scans at least one per phase of training.

Elite In-Season Coaching (Returning Athletes Only)

These packages are exclusively for returning athletes who have completed an off-season program with Threshold Performance. The goal is strategic maintenance and injury resilience, not heavy progression.

Designed to strategically maintain the strength and power gains achieved during the off-season without interfering with in-sport practice or competition. This low-volume, high-intensity program focuses on injury prevention, durability, and nervous system priming. We work around your game schedule to ensure you peak when it matters most.
