Athletes receive fully customized programming, ongoing coach access, and continued performance oversight while also utilizing recurring in-person sessions for movement refinement, technical feedback, testing, and strategic adjustments.
Athletes follow a structured, individualized training plan independently throughout the week while using in-person sessions for coaching feedback, movement refinement, testing, and strategic performance adjustments.
